Natalie was born and raised in Baltimore. She studied photography and painting at The Cooper Union in New York City, completed an intensive documentary graduate course at The Salt Institute in Portland Maine and has an MFA in Integrated Media Arts from Hunter College. She's had her documentary photos published in numerous publications including The New York Times and has shared photography work in exhibitions in Maine, New York and Baltimore. She co-founded The Art Department, a space that supports artists with developmental disabilities in Portland Maine. She has taught filmmaking and media production and works as a multimedia producer and a program coordinator. She is based in Portland Maine.
